June’s Online Round Table: Values in Business

What went down in this month's group chat on Zoom.

When lockdown started in the UK, I launched weekly drop-in Round Table sessions on Zoom to offer a space to bring the community together online.  It was – and still is – a non-judgemental space to speak your truth and share how you feel behind-the-scenes of running your Indie Biz.  As lockdown begins to ease in the UK I’ve decided to keep running these free sessions on the first Monday of each month and they are open to all creative companies of one to attend.

We’ve just wrapped our session for June in which we discussed our business values.  If you missed it, the recording is in our Facebook group – pinned to the Announcements along with all our video content – and will be e-mailed out to all members in a round-up at the end of the month. You can join Indie Roller’s 2020 membership HERE.

Here’s what we covered…

Defining your business values enables you to…

😍  Build a business that’s important to you.

😍  Connect with your customers.

😍  Say ‘no’ when something doesn’t feel right.

😍  See the bigger picture of why you want to spend time creating your business.

😍  Create marketing content for blog, e-mails and Instagram.

😍  Launch a memorable brand awareness campaign because it means something.

😍  Make decisions based on what’s right for you.

We also dug into how to define business values and you might find this blog post useful for that too : )

Join us for our next Round Table on Monday 6th July from 10am til 11am and the topic is: MONEY.
