I am all about mental wellbeing, having spent so much of my life looking after my own. Art and mindfulness have helped me a LOT in looking after my mental health. I love helping to empower others!
You can join me for super relaxed online art sessions, which are designed to help you unwind and enjoy exploring creating with zero pressure or expectation. I am an accredited mindfulness teacher too, so can help you relax with some mindfulness meditation.
