Embroidery and making in general has helped me to get through various stressful, anxious and difficult times. Taking some time for yourself, the soothing repetitive stitching motion and making something beautiful with your own hands are fantastic centring and mood boosting activities!

One of my core values is sustainability. For me this means both promoting embroidery as an aid to living a more balanced and intentional life and also doing my bit to sustain our planet. So I'm mindful of minimising my packaging and I use recycled and recyclable materials as much as possible.
