Lewisian Nice

Indie Biz ownerSarah Morrison

I'm Sarah, a 30-something from the Isle of Lewis, a wee island off the North West coast of Scotland and I run Lewisian Nice by myself from my home studio in Stornoway.

Primarily using Harris Tweed (The only fabric in the world governed by it's own act of Parliament) but using as many eco-friendly techniques and materials as possible, I aim to bring you colourful homeware and wearables that are built to last and bring you joy.

Scottish Gaelic is still spoken here, and though mine is super rusty I give it my best when I'm feeling brave enough and like to feature common phrases in my products as a nod to my cultural heritage.
