Who I am : Hi! I'm Lucy! I have a memory like an elephant and a passion for food, food history, nostalgia and colour. This has amalgamated into Lil's Parlour. I also love cat memes, Grayson Perry, crime documentaries, tattoos and have a pretty unhealthy obsession with Anne Boleyn. What can I say? Variety is the spice of life.

What I do:

Exciting, innovative and creative confectionary and baked goods heavily influenced by popular culture in the 1980s and 90s. Fiercely independent and always looking to be fashion forward and aesthetically exciting I work hard to produce some of the most exciting and tasty goodies on the market and I am proud to create my own sweet inventions such as The Wagonish Wheel, Original Brownie Corndog and Sweet Tacos. Always made in small batches with excellent ingredients the website opens for new stock every Friday at 6pm.
Every month I curate a limited edition box containing my own makes and collaborations with other indie businesses, themes have included Harajuku, Staycation, Drag Race UK, Love in Love, Cheer the F up and Woolworths.
My makes are available to be posted UK wide.

Where am I ?
I am based in Birmingham and proud to be part of the vibrant and often overlooked creative scene here in 0121. I work from my bright and colourful bakery studio, I am so proud of the space I have created and occasionally open for "open days" where folks can come and buy direct from source.

Anything else?

As well are baking epic stuff I also love recipe creation and consultation and have one published recipe book with another one in the pipeline for 2021. I LOVE working with, collaborating with and engaging with other members of the indie biz community. Always happy to chat about making something great together. I have also worked with large brands to create edible magic.
