I'm Marlese. I'm a wife, mom and maker. After years of working for 'the man' and wearing a suit, I now live my truth unapologetically. I love the general chaos of my life. Creating, loving, parenting, dancing and living to the beat of my own drum.
My tiny studio is in the beautiful Boyne valley in Ireland. I hand craft pretty things that are a bit different, and quite special. My work ranges from practical everyday pieces for the school run to elaborate statement pieces that will turn heads. I love the whole process; from that original spark of an idea, through the design drawings, colour choices and finally the making of something new. Inspiration often comes during family walks in nature. Proof that work and play can mix quite nicely.
Most of my pieces are created from clay, the colours of which I mix from primaries into a vast array of tones and tints to match the season's runways. My focus on design, quality, and packaging enables me to make good quality, unique jewellery and still keep it affordable.
