Pemberley Bakes was established in 2018 after baking since childhood and many years of creating custom designed cakes for family and friends. Why the name Pemberley Bakes? It combined my love of baking and the 1995 version of Pride and Prejudice. Pemberley is the home of the dashing Mr. Darcy. Together with my love of Star Wars, I chose our business birthday to be on 4th May or 'May the Fourth' be with you - an odd combo but I love it!
