How do I subscribe to the Make It Happen membership group?
Visit the Membership page, scroll to the bottom and complete the 'Apply Now' form. I open for two new terms on 1st March and 1st September but if you'd like to join us inbetween those times it might still be possible.
How much does it cost?
There is a £25 joining fee charged on the day you sign-up and then £25 per month charged on the 1st of the month.
I just joined Make It Happen, what can I expect to receive?
Please sign-up to receive your weekly membership email and all will be explained in your welcome email including a good place to start with this work and in the group.
What else do I get as part of my Make It Happen subscription?
We host lots of fun stuff for our Make It Happen members including monthly meet-ups around the UK, the opportunity to be a guest on our weekly podcast and an annual get together in Margate in January.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription payment is charged on the 1st of the month and gives you access to the HUB, the Facebook group and all our resources for free for that month. If you'd like to leave, please log into your account on this website and go to your account and click 'cancel'. You will not be charged on the 1st of the following month and your membership and Facebook group access will be cancelled at the end of the month.
When will I be charged?
Subscriptions are charged on the 1st of the month.
Why did my payment fail?
If you are sure your account has sufficient funds, your credit card may have expired or you may have an incorrect billing address if you have moved. The system makes four attempts to bill you and if each is unsuccessful your account will be suspended. Upon each failed attempt to bill you, you will receive an email to let you know it has been unsuccessful upon which you can take action. Log into your account on the Indie Roller website to update any details necessary. Please email me if you need any assistance firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I want a refund for my Indie Roller membership?
Indie Roller doesn't offer refunds but you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you are unsure how to make the most of your subscription please sign-up for your weekly membership email and the first message sent will include a strategy to work ON your business and how to thrive in a business membership community.
I can't go to the event I bought a ticket for.
All tickets to Indie Roller events and workshops are non-refundable but please do post in the group to see if someone would like to buy your ticket.

All credit/debit transactions on this site are processed using Braintree a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in secure host environment. If you are a registered Indie Roller user, we will not store your credit/debit card details on our system.
2.5 If a payment is skipped from paypal, for any reason, you will be notified and payment will try to clear again within 5 days. If the payment is skipped for a five times, paypal will automatically cancel your account and you will have to manually set up payment again from your account.
2.6 We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason we see viable. You will be notified if this is the case and a refund will be provided for any boxes not sent that have been paid for.
2.7 If your recurring payment skips and your account cancels and you wish to continue your subscription please be aware we might not be able to offer you your original price.
There are two options for stopping a monthly subscription:
You can now pause your subscription if you are going away for a few months or just fancy taking a break. Your subscription will start back up after the amount of break months selected.
If you really wish to cancel rather than pause the subscription, you can also do this from your account.
4. Loyalty codes & competitions
6.1 Any promotion code or offer provided on this site cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, past or present.
6.2 Promotion codes have no cash alternative and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
6.3 If you are a winner of a competition you must get in contact to provide a delivery address within one week to claim your prize, otherwise a new winner will be selected.
