  • 1. Agreement to terms and conditions

    1.1 The website www.indieroller.com is owned and operated by Indie Roller Ltd. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘the website’ refer to Indie Roller Ltd. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 12359481) and our address for correspondence is: Indie Roller Ltd, 18 Nightingale Place, Margate, CT9 2NP, United Kingdom.
    1.2 Your use of this website (indieroller.com) is at all times subject to our full terms and conditions applicable to your use of the website and all applicable laws. By accessing our website you agree to our terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must exit our website immediately.
    1.3 We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notifying you, to change these terms and conditions at our sole discretion. The terms and conditions applicable to your access to and use of this website will be the version that is current and displayed on the website as at each date you access the website.
    1.4 As part of an Indie Roller Ltd activity you select at checkout, you will receive the services outlined on the web page where you enrol. Indie Roller Ltd reserves, in its sole right and discretion, the right to adjust the activity offerings or pricing at any time.

  • 2. Payments

    2.1 You agree not to hold us responsible for any banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.
    2.2 All prices that are displayed are inclusive of VAT.
    2.3 Payments can be made via Stripe (visa, visa electron, visa debit, visa delta, mastercard).
    2.4 We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All credit/debit transactions on this site are processed using Stripe a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in secure host environment. If you are a registered Indie Roller user, we will not store your credit/debit card details on our system.
    2.5 We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason we see viable. You will be notified if this is the case and a refund will be provided for any boxes not sent that have been paid for.
    2.6 If your recurring payment skips and your account cancels and you wish to continue your subscription please be aware we might not be able to offer you your original price.

  • 3. Indie Roller Subscriptions

    3.1 Cancelling
    If you have a subscription, you can cancel it at anytime. Log into your customer account on indieroller.com and cancel your subscription. You will be removed from the members Facebook group immediately upon cancelling but you will have access to all your membership content via this website until the date your membership expires.
    3.2 Capping
    From 1st June 2022, all subscription payments will be capped at £497. The value and frequency of payments will stay the same but be capped at £497.
    3.3 Subscriptions
    From 1st June 2022, Indie Roller Ltd no longer offers a subscription method of payment for new clients.

  • 4. The Joyful Selling for Creatives Professionals program

    4.1 Payment
    You agree to the fees and payment schedule selected at checkout. If paying by debit card or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card for all fees and charges due and payable to Indie Roller Ltd, without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt.
    4.2 Refund policy
    In order to receive a refund, you must: (1) complete the 7 day course; (2) submit a written request for a refund to leona@indieroller.com (3) complete 90 days of self-coaching; (4) create 24 intentional models; (5) attend 12 live calls; (6) submit and complete at least 24 requests to be coached on Ask A Coach; (8) not have earned back your £997 investment, which was the payment that was due to Indie Roller Ltd upon registering for the participation in the program.
    In all other cases, you will not be granted a refund.

    Upon determining that you are to be issued a refund, Indie Roller Ltd will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. Indie Roller Ltd does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds. Upon receiving your requested refund, you understand and agree that you will not be able to re-join any Indie Roller Ltd programs in the future.

    No.

    We do not store or process any cardholder data on our website.

    During the payment process, Stripe securely stores and process card data on our behalf so that these details are never stored on our servers.
